Getting here from Burj Khalifa
From Burj Khalifa the fastest route is via the building's car park onto Financial Centre Road, then east onto Al Khail Road — about 8 minutes outside rush hour. Drivers can be sent ahead to wait at the underground bays beneath Building 24; we'll send a parking pin. Several residents prefer to be dropped off at our reception entrance, with valet handled by the driver.
Metro: Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall (Red Line) → transfer at BurJuman.
Parking: Free covered parking beneath Building 24, with direct lift to reception. Drivers welcome.
