Quick answer

A longevity clinic in Dubai is a medical clinic that focuses on helping patients age in healthier ways — supporting skin, hair, cellular wellness and body composition through evidence-based regenerative and preventive treatments. Silk Clinics in Dubai Healthcare City offers five doctor-led longevity programs that can be combined into a single personalised plan.

What is longevity medicine, really?

Longevity medicine — sometimes called healthy aging or preventive aesthetic and regenerative medicine — is a clinical discipline that focuses on the systems that decline with age. Skin loses collagen and elasticity. Hair follicles miniaturise. Cellular energy production changes. Body composition shifts. Recovery slows. Longevity medicine does not try to stop these processes, nor claim to reverse them. It works to support them, so patients can look, feel and function well for longer.

At Silk Clinics we approach longevity as an integrated pathway, not a shopping list of treatments. Patients arrive with goals — maintain skin quality, preserve hair density, recover faster, manage weight, feel more energetic — and we build a program around the goal. Individual treatments (PRP, Scarlet RF, Exosomes, NAD+, GLP-1 support, Profhilo, Skin Boosters, Botox, Fillers, Mesotherapy, Polynucleotides, medical skincare) become the tools inside a longer plan, not the plan itself.

Every program is designed and reviewed by DHA-licensed doctors, uses FDA-cleared devices and medical-grade products, and follows UAE healthcare advertising standards. We do not promise lifespan extension, biological age reversal, or guaranteed outcomes. What we offer is a rigorous, evidence-based framework for aging well.

Doctor's note

"Patients don't want Botox. Patients want to age well. Our job is to translate that goal into a medical plan they can actually follow — and to be honest about what evidence supports, and what it doesn't."

Dr Suzanne Haddad, Consultant Dermatologist & Aesthetic Physician

Our five longevity programs

Each program is a treatment pathway — combining and sequencing several therapies over months. Programs are additive; most patients build a plan from two or three.

Program

Skin Longevity Program

Maintain youthful, resilient skin for the long term

The Skin Longevity Program combines regenerative injectables, energy-based devices, and medical skincare into a personalised, sequenced plan designed to help maintain skin quality year after year.

Goal. Support collagen, elasticity, and skin quality over decades — not just for a single treatment cycle.

Included treatments: 10 regenerative, energy-based or medical therapies, sequenced by our doctors.

Program

Hair Longevity Program

Preserve density and support healthy follicles

The Hair Longevity Program uses regenerative and growth-factor treatments alongside medical assessment to help maintain hair density and support the scalp environment over time.

Goal. Support hair density, follicle health, and long-term maintenance through evidence-based regenerative treatments.

Included treatments: 5 regenerative, energy-based or medical therapies, sequenced by our doctors.

Program

Cellular Wellness Program

Support recovery, hydration, and everyday vitality

The Cellular Wellness Program uses medically supervised IV therapies — including NAD+, glutathione, vitamin C, Myers, and hydration drips — to support recovery and everyday wellbeing.

Goal. Support cellular wellness, recovery, hydration and everyday energy through medically supervised IV therapy.

Included treatments: 7 regenerative, energy-based or medical therapies, sequenced by our doctors.

Program

Regenerative Medicine Program

Evidence-based regenerative treatments for skin, hair and healing

Regenerative medicine at Silk Clinics uses the body's own healing signals — PRP, PRF, exosomes, growth factors and polynucleotides — to support skin quality, hair density and tissue recovery.

Goal. Use the body's own regenerative signals — PRP, PRF, exosomes, growth factors, polynucleotides — to support skin, hair and tissue quality.

Program

Weight & Metabolic Wellness Program

Doctor-supervised weight and body composition support

The Weight & Metabolic Wellness Program pairs doctor-led consultations with nutrition, lifestyle and — where clinically appropriate — pharmacological support to help patients work toward healthier body composition.

Goal. Support healthy weight, body composition and metabolic wellbeing through medical consultation, nutrition and lifestyle guidance.

How our doctors build your plan

  1. 1

    Medical consultation

60-minute review of history, goals, lifestyle, skin & hair assessment, and any relevant lab work. This is a medical appointment, not a sales meeting.

  2. 2

    Assessment & imaging

Photographic documentation, skin analysis where indicated, hair/scalp assessment for the Hair program, and — for Cellular Wellness or Weight & Metabolic — recent or ordered blood work.

  3. 3

    Written personalised plan

You leave with a written plan listing recommended treatments, sequencing, expected outcomes, timelines, contraindications, and estimated investment. You are never asked to book on the day.

  4. 4

    Loading phase

First 3–4 months, treatments are more frequent to establish the biological response — collagen remodelling, follicle stimulation, nutrient repletion, metabolic adaptation.

  5. 5

    Maintenance phase

Cadence lengthens to every 2–4 months for most programs. Progress is reviewed at each visit and the plan adjusted.

  6. 6

    Annual review

Once a year, we step back and reassess goals, results, and evidence — and we retire treatments that are no longer earning their place in your plan.

Candidates & contraindications

Good candidates

  • • Adults from 25+ investing early in preventive care
  • • Patients noticing early skin, hair or energy changes
  • • Post-pregnancy patients rebuilding skin and vitality
  • • Peri- and post-menopause patients (aesthetic focus)
  • • High-load professionals prioritising recovery
  • • Patients with metabolic or body-composition goals
  • • Medical-tourism patients wanting a structured plan

Contraindications & caution

  • • Pregnancy and breastfeeding (most injectables and IV protocols)
  • • Active infection at the treatment site
  • • Bleeding disorders or anticoagulant medication
  • • Active or recent skin cancer in the treatment area
  • • Uncontrolled systemic disease
  • • Recent isotretinoin (device-based skin treatments)
  • • Known allergy to a specific product

A full contraindication review is done at your consultation before any plan is started.

Expected outcomes

We are careful with claims. Outcomes vary between patients and depend on adherence, lifestyle and biology. The following are realistic expectations that align with current clinical evidence for the modalities used inside our programs.

  • Skin: improved texture, tone and radiance from 6–12 weeks; measurable firmness and elasticity changes at 3–6 months from regenerative and energy-based treatments; ongoing benefit with quarterly maintenance.
  • Hair: reduction in shedding within 8–12 weeks of a PRP or exosome series; density improvements typically visible on photographic review at 4–6 months; maintenance boosters preserve gains.
  • Cellular wellness: patients often report improved energy, hydration and recovery within days of a well-chosen IV protocol. Objective outcomes depend on the underlying goal (e.g. recovery vs travel vs athletic load).
  • Weight & metabolic: gradual, sustainable changes over 3–6 months. We do not promise a target weight loss figure. What we promise is a doctor-supervised, medically appropriate plan.

Cost factors

We do not publish fixed pricing for longevity programs, because a real longevity plan is personal. Cost is driven by:

  • The programs you combine (single-program vs cross-program)
  • Number of treatments in the loading phase
  • Choice of regenerative modality (PRP vs Exosomes vs Polynucleotides)
  • Whether Cellular Wellness IVs are added
  • Whether Weight & Metabolic pharmacological support is included
  • Frequency of maintenance visits

Every plan lists estimated investment before you book. Patients often find that a sequenced program is more efficient — clinically and financially — than a series of one-off treatments.

Common mistakes

  1. 1. Chasing single treatments. A one-off PRP session or a single IV drip rarely delivers lasting outcomes. Longevity works cumulatively.
  2. 2. Overtreating. More is not better. Some patients stack too many regenerative treatments and dilute the response. A good plan sequences and paces.
  3. 3. Believing anti-aging claims. No clinic can reverse aging. Any provider claiming lifespan extension or biological age reversal without robust evidence is overstating.
  4. 4. Skipping medical assessment. Longevity is a medical field. Skipping bloods, history and screening turns a program into guesswork.
  5. 5. Neglecting lifestyle. No injectable outperforms sleep, sunscreen, protein intake and consistent exercise. Programs are additive to lifestyle, not a substitute.
  6. 6. Starting too late. Preventive care from the mid-20s consistently outperforms starting in your 50s. Earlier is easier.
  7. 7. Comparing to filtered content online. Realistic before-and-after documentation, done by your own clinic, is the honest benchmark.

Alternatives

A longevity program is not the only path. Some patients prefer to work with us on a specific treatment goal first — injectables, laser, advanced skin, hair restoration, IV wellness or dental — and evolve into a longevity plan once they know how their skin, hair or metabolism responds. Both paths are valid; both are supervised by the same doctors.

For medical concerns, our Conditions library covers the underlying issues our longevity programs help with — from collagen loss and skin laxity to hair thinning and dull complexion.

Longevity FAQs

Longevity medicine is an evidence-based approach that focuses on helping people age in healthier ways — supporting skin, hair, energy, recovery and body composition — rather than treating a single cosmetic concern. At Silk Clinics we combine regenerative therapies, medical wellness and preventive aesthetics into personalised programs delivered by DHA-licensed doctors in Dubai Healthcare City.
