Appointment cancellations
We kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment so that we can offer the slot to another patient. Cancellations can be made by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Rescheduling
Appointments can usually be rescheduled at no charge when reasonable notice is given. Repeated last-minute changes may be subject to a deposit for future bookings.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate the full treatment but may need to shorten or reschedule it to avoid delaying other patients.
Missed appointments
Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a deposit being required for future bookings and may forfeit any deposit already paid.
Treatment packages
Pre-paid packages and courses of treatment are non-transferable unless agreed in writing. Unused sessions may, at the clinic's discretion, be substituted for equivalent treatments where clinically appropriate.
Gift vouchers
Where issued, gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher and are not redeemable for cash.
Refund eligibility
Aesthetic and medical treatments are personalised services. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed; consequently, refunds are not provided based on subjective outcome alone. Where a refund is appropriate — for example where a pre-paid session cannot be delivered — we will review the request fairly and process any approved refund through the original payment method.
Clinic discretion
Silk Clinics Dubai reserves the right to apply this policy at its reasonable discretion based on individual circumstances and clinical judgement.
UAE consumer regulations
This policy is intended to operate alongside applicable UAE consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under those laws.
