Appointment requests submitted online or via WhatsApp are confirmed by our team. A booking is only confirmed once you have received an explicit confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking where clinically appropriate.

We ask for reasonable notice of cancellations so we can offer the slot to another patient. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to avoid impacting other patients. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

Indicative prices on our website are for guidance only. Final pricing depends on the individual treatment plan agreed after consultation and may change without notice.

All treatments are subject to a clinical assessment. We may decline to perform a treatment if, in our practitioner's judgement, it is not suitable, safe or appropriate for you.
