This patient was concerned about both lip volume and the projection of her chin — a common combination consultation at Silk Clinics. Treating only the lips would have left the lower face out of balance, so a combined plan was agreed.
Our doctor used a premium hyaluronic-acid filler to enhance lip volume and define the vermillion border, then placed a firmer hyaluronic-acid filler in the chin to gently improve projection and refine the lower-face profile. The combined result restores harmony between the lips, chin and jawline.
Both areas were treated in the same session under topical anaesthetic. Mild, expected swelling resolved over 24–72 hours, with the final result settling over 2 weeks.
