This patient wanted a more defined lower face in profile — a sharper angle of the jaw, a smoother transition from jawline to neck and a slightly more projected chin. The 'Texas Jawline' approach uses firm hyaluronic-acid filler along the mandibular border and chin to sculpt structure rather than add volume.
