This patient wanted a sharper, more masculine lower-face profile without surgery. On the side view, the chin appeared recessed and the jawline transition into the neck lacked definition.
Our doctor placed a firm hyaluronic-acid filler along the chin and mandibular border to extend projection forward and tighten the jaw-to-neck angle. The 'Texas Jawline' technique uses structural filler at deep bony planes — not volumising the cheeks — so the lower face looks defined rather than full.
